An exploration of the high alpine region of Robiei, southern Switzerland. Conceived as a sensory piece, the film particularly focuses on the existing relationships between the humans, animals, infrastructural and natural elements that compose Robiei’s specific landscape.
Director’s bio-filmography
Andrea Bordoli (1990) holds a BA in Anthropology and Philosophy from the Université de Neuchâtel (2015), and a MA in Visual Anthropology from the University of Manchester (2017). He is currently based in Geneva, where he studies cinema at the Haute Ecole d’Art et Design (HEAD) while developing his own personal research at the intersection between anthropological theory, documentary cinema and visual art.
